Pickup Policy

Boop & Batter is a small home-based business, with pickup available by appointment only. The pickup address will be provided the day before your confirmed collection date. At this time, your order is considered final and cannot be cancelled or refunded due to the made-to-order nature of our products.

Please arrive at your agreed pickup time so your order looks its best. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. Changes to pickup times must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.

Full payment is required to secure your order.

Once collected, responsibility for safe transport and storage transfers to the customer. We recommend keeping products refrigerated and stored in an airtight container until serving. If travelling a longer distance, please ensure your vehicle is cool and avoid leaving products in a warm car, as heat can affect the appearance and finish.

Orders not collected on the agreed date may be forfeited without refund due to the perishable nature of our products.
