To ensure every treat is freshly baked and thoughtfully prepared, we require a minimum of 7 days’ notice for all orders. Orders placed within this period will be cancelled and refunded.

Store biscuits in a cool, dry place in an airtight container. For best freshness and quality, we recommend enjoying within 3–4 weeks.

Keep away from heat, direct sunlight and moisture. Discard if you notice any changes in appearance, smell or texture.
